Version 0.1.5

  - Introduced changelogs.

  - Many bugfixes.

  - Many doc fixes.

  - vdirsyncer now doesn't necessarily need UIDs anymore for syncronization.

  - vdirsyncer now aborts if one collection got completely emptied between two
    syncronizations. See #42.
