Fix gofmt consistency across all operation modes

- Replace complex temp file approach with simple stdin/stdout pipes
- Create formatWithGofmt helper for consistent formatting
- Use the same formatting method in all three modes (inplace, print, diff)
- Simplify error handling for formatting operations
