perf: optimize PageSpeed performance and accessibility

- Remove duplicate Poppins font, use only Inter for all text
- Reduce font weights loaded (400,500,600 only)
- Add meta description for SEO
- Add aria-label to select element for accessibility
- Improve text contrast by darkening muted text color
- Improves PageSpeed score from 90 to expected 95+
