feat: update auth plan with security improvements and proper go-pkgz/auth usage

- Simplify auth routes by mounting handlers directly (go-pkgz/auth handles all endpoints)
- Add timing attack mitigation in checkCredentials
- Use immutable GitHub ID instead of username
- Add error logging in updateClaims
- Add notes about password management and Telegram ID discovery
- Handle GitHub ID resolution on first login
- Support Telegram auth provider
