Update CI Ruby matrix to supported versions (#26)

* Update CI Ruby matrix to supported versions.

Drop EOL 3.0–3.2 and test on 3.3, 3.4, and 4.0; align gemspec minimum with 3.3.

* Fix Ruby 4.0 CI and align RuboCop with supported versions.

Bump activesupport/minitest for Ruby 4.0 compatibility, set TargetRubyVersion to 3.3, and apply RuboCop autofixes.

* Update pry for Ruby 4.0 compatibility.

Pry 0.16.0 no longer depends on ostruct, which was removed from Ruby 4.0 default gems.
