Commit Message

Support refresh route to update cached datasources

/refresh route currently refreshes all the datasources
in memory. In the future this behaviour will probably
be scoped to single datasources.
auth_middleware now skips auth checks on /refresh routes
only if the requests come from 127.0.0.1
