chore: krok nula — statická analýza, code style, testy, CI

- Pridaný PHPStan (level 8) + .php-cs-fixer.dist.php (@PSR12, @PHP82Migration, strict types)
- Composer scripts: test, phpstan, cs-check, cs-fix, quality
- Opravené bugy v src/: MonthRenderer importoval neexistujúci Interface\DateTimeImmutable,
  DayDataLoaderInterface::load() nemala void, end() nahradený array_key_last(),
  nullsafe ?-> na non-nullable type, DayName::all() array_search false handling
- PHPDoc typy: non-empty-list, array<mixed>, list<DayName>, list<DateTimeImmutable>
- Testy reorganizované: 6 metód → 36, nové súbory DayNameTest a CalendarTypeTest,
  CalendarTest rozšírený o disable*, nextMonth/prevMonth, dataLoader, ghost, today flag
- CalendarRenderTest fixovaný na deterministický dátum Nov 2024 (bol fragile)
- CI rozdelené na 3 paralelné joby: tests (matrix 8.2–8.5), static-analysis, code-style
