feat: add URL property support to ICalEvent, exporter and parser (RFC 5545 §3.8.4.6)

- ICalEvent: add optional $url field; include url, rrule, exDates in toArray()
- ICalExporter: expose url param in addEvent/addRecurringEvent; emit URL: line without text-escaping (URI value type per RFC)
- ICalParser: parse URL property from VEVENT blocks
- Tests: export, recurring export, no-URL omission, RFC non-escaping, parse, round-trip, toArray
