Tagging 0.9.0

Release notes:

- Removed benchmarks and examples from this repo, they are incomplete
  and not necessary for this repository

- Escapes text input from interpolated values by default, to embed
  markup, use the `html` method directly:

  function render() {
    return html`escaped ${html('<div>unescaped</div>')}`;
  }

- Fixed a bug where multiple interpolated values next to each other with
  no elements in between would not get properly evalulated.

- Validate all memory in unit tests, found and fixed some leaks there

- Very large internal source refactor to make the concepts and code
  paths significantly clearer
