docs: add doc comments to all functions and examples for public API

Add /// doc comments to every function, method, pub type, and field
across src/ (lib.rs, config.rs, context.rs, filter.rs, orchestrator.rs,
serializers.rs, cmd/main.rs, cmd/gencomp.rs), plus //! module-level
overviews. Public API reachable from lib.rs (Config::new/load_from_str/
load_from_reader/load_from_file, AggregateSpec::mode/entries,
DeriveSource::to_config, orchestrator::run, Serializer::serialize/
extension) gets runnable # Examples doc tests. No behavior changes.
