Fix the alignment of exponential numbers issue #37

The exponential notation was not assumed in rendering a table.

This version do:

* Aligns the number based on the dot in the real part and 'e'.
* Padds the end of the fractional part by '0'.
* Not align the exponential number to the left.

Added samples are:

* sample/atoms.js (just run and print a table)
* sample/atoms.json (could use with global listit command)
