--preset bootstrap is not the default anymore.
Moved assemblies to own common folder
Updated README.md
Improved configuration testing
Removed unused certificate files after generating
Removed unused genesis state files after generating
singleCurrency and dualCurrency presets.
nemesis seed is shared across the different nodes avoiding duplicated files.
