Commit Message

wrapped manifestor in 'canvas_store' object. Connected the bottom panel click event with the canvas state. Closes #359, and vicariously (through manifestor) closes #291, and resolves #253, resolves #252, closes #250. Resolves #218 by calculating appropriate viewing bounds for selected objects in manifestor.
