Merge branch 'dev' into feature/stormpath-sdk-php-58

* dev:
  Coveralls.io setup
  Add Coveralls.io support
  removing hhvm and nightly tests for now
  Trying to see if nightly and hhvm work in travis as well as adding 5.6 test
  Updated the way random names were being created to allow for multiple environment to be tested at once.
