Add promise support to bulkGet, bulkSet, and bulkFetch

- Convert bulkGet, bulkSet, and bulkFetch to executor pattern so they support both callbacks and async/await
- Add JSDoc to all public and private functions
- Replace `options = options || {}` with default parameter syntax throughout
- Add promise-style tests for all three methods and fill coverage gaps
