    Updated PHPmailer to v6.4.1 because of a vulnerability found affecting versions >=6.1.8, <6.4.1

    Removed unneeded NMA classes from composer loaders.

    Added PHPseclib v2.0.25 => v2.0.31 to Vendor folder.
