Setup mutation testing configuration with stryker

Note that currently stryker does not support adding configuration
options to the mocha runner (it does have this option when using karma)
so instead of requiring should using a command line option we now
require should inside of Kathinka_test.

You can run stryker with the following command,

node node_modules/.bin/stryker -c stryker.conf.js

Once run you may find coverage data in the reports/mutations folder.
