refactor: figures now low live with documents

Prior to this, then all figures lived in 'senfd.figures', instead they
are now organized inside of the document that uses them. E.g. inside the
'senfd.documents.enriched' here lives the Enriched document, and all the
enriched figures.

Additionally, then the documents are renamed, 'figure.document' becomes
'plain.figure.document' and 'categorized.figure.document' becomes
'enriched.figure.document'.
