fix(helm): add default value for kubernetesClusterDomain in webhook cert

The webhook certificate template referenced .Values.kubernetesClusterDomain
without a default value, causing malformed DNS names with trailing dots
when the value was not explicitly set (e.g., service.namespace.svc.).

This resulted in X.509 certificate errors on webhook startup:
'x509: SAN dNSName is malformed'

Changes:
- Add | default "cluster.local" to certificate template
- Document kubernetesClusterDomain in values.yaml as optional
- Users can still override if using custom cluster domain

Fixes webhook certificate generation to work out-of-the-box.
