Report the flake8 version in .travis.yml

Currently, the build is failing on Travis, since the flake8 version
there complains about missing docstrings.

However, using the latest version of flake8, I am unable to reproduce
this failure. By reporting the flake8 version, it will be easier to
understand this discrepancy.
