Various changes:

* Added support for 24-hour folding rental
* Added support for fetching the price of the GHS, SCRYPT and PPD 24-hour rentals
* getBalance() can now be forced to reload instead of relying on the cached values
* withdrawFunds now checks whether it worked by force-fetching the balance before and after withdrawing
* Rewrote everything to use the JSON API responses, which have (slightly) better support for error checking
