Generate documentation for the project

- Created Sphinx and autodoc-based documentation root in docs/.
- Extended setup.py with docs extra install requirements.
- Converted README example to a doctest.
- Added docs tox environment.
- Added docs test stage job to Travis CI.
- Fixed typos in docstrings.
