Rapydo 0.6.4 (#18)

* Upgrade to 0.6.4

* Tests are now based on xenial on python 3.6.5 and 3.7.1

* Cleaup docker installation for travis

* Mapping ports for volatile cert requests

* Better defaults for docker-compose run

* rapydo ssl-certificate --volatile is now based on up and not on run

* Common function to execute docker-compose up

* Removed constraints for max pip version 10.0.1 since tests passed with pip 18
