refactor: move API handlers from internal/api to root package

Moved user-related API handlers from internal/api/user.go to user.go in the root directory, following the kickstart.go template's single-file design philosophy. This reduces unnecessary package nesting while maintaining code organization through separate files in the main package.

Changes:
- Created user.go with all user-related handlers and types
- Removed internal/api package
- Updated main.go to use local handlers instead of api.HandlePostUsers/Login
