Fix recycle call npm bug

当全局安装后，使用 `npm install` 时，会走 `cnpm`，但 `cnpm` 引用的是全局的 `npm` 命令，因而造成死循环.

解决方法：通过修改 `cnpm` 模块，默认不要它使用全局的 `npm`，而使用它本地的 `npm` 命令.
