239 advanced search updates (#272)

* Adding blacklight_range_limit gem
* "More options" -> "Advanced search"
* Add Series and Publisher
* Collapsing our 3 pub_date fields to just one pub_date_sort_itsi
* Adding pub_date_sort_itsi to the Advanced Search form
* Removing segments and the "Unknown" facet they display
* Turning off single since we're not showing other facet values at all
* Fixes the bug where if you only select a range limit, it doesn't render in the constraints section. See https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight_range_limit/issues/5#issuecomment-484559737
* Unsure about SearchHistoryController.
* No limit for formats and language in advanced search.
* Removing the javascript and some of the scss needed to render the slider piece of the blacklight range limit feature.
* Fixes broken bootstrap select load problem on advanced search, h/t to https://github.com/tulibraries/tul_cob/blob/1b68269c6/app/assets/javascripts/application.js#L71-L73
