 - fix linkcheck synopsis for new wire config syntax
 - add documentation for events and plugins
 - add linkcheck plugin to Statocles website
 - add LinkCheck plugin to the default site creator

 - add build event hook to site
 - remove unnecessary includes in tests
 - add '.statocles' to gitignore automatically
