Import ABCs from collections.abc for Python 3.8 support

Noticed by chance,

$ python --version
Python 3.7.3

$ python -c "from collections import Iterable"
-c:1: DeprecationWarning: Using or importing the ABCs from 'collections' instead of from 'collections.abc' is deprecated, and in 3.8 it will stop working
