Add demo projects and enhance documentation with integration guide

- Add demo1x with HTTP ping service example
- Add demo2x with gRPC ping service example
- Improve code comments wording (Create → Setup, server → service, etc.)
- Add complete HTTP and gRPC usage examples to README
- Add Kratos project integration guide with 5-step setup process
- Add Examples section with pingkratos-demos reference
- Move Makefile to project root from internal DIR
- Add test coverage configuration to Makefile
- Update Go version badge from 1.23+ to 1.25+ matching go.mod
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Adjust GitHub Actions Go version matrix to 1.25.x and stable
- Regenerate proto files (clientpingkratos/*.pb.go)
