Fix ongoing trials display

There was a bug causing only completed trials to be listed, which was fixed by
this commit. Full changelog:

* list all trials
  * _if_ they have a known completion date
* calculate the number of days until completion for ongoing trials
* remove `sources` and `funders` unused attributes
