[Fix #157219929] Refactor serverside code

1. Define compareCenters function to handle center check when creating or updating a center
2. Define centerEntry, eventEntry and UserEntry which takes request and returns data object for db transaction
3. Define checkAvailability function to handle checking for center availability when creating or updating an event
4. Create services.js to handle reoccuring database transaction types: findById, getAll, updateImmediate, update
