Consume addEvent API endpoint

1. Implement logout upon failed attempt to post new event, due to invalid or undefined token
2. Include Server/public into gitignore
3. Create changePage redux action to use track page location in other to either navigate to or refresh (via state)  eventDetails page upon successful event post
