Merge pull request #163 from nebula-plugins/release/9.x

Release/9.x
- use buildFiles for linting nested gradle build files
- when configured correctly to use internal gradle's improved pom support, remove version numbers from dependencies whose versions are managed in a provided bom
- add visitor helper methods, including the ability to insert content at the end of a given closure
