DEC-1344:
- Changed out the benchmarking for new relic traces
- Found a large portion of the time is spent in Metadata::Setter. In particular, field? seems to take up a large portion of the import time. This may not be needed during import since it rewrites the metadata and removes any fields it does not recognize for the configuration. To test, I commented it out, and it reduced the import time from 17 minutes to 12. If further testing proves this, we'll have to figure out a different code path for imports that skips a lot of this extra validation
