Allow Laravel 14 and document Laravel 13 support (#17)

Proactively add `^14.0` to the `illuminate/*` constraints so the package
can be installed alongside the upcoming Laravel 14, and update the README
Requirements section to reflect the already-tested `^13.0` support.
