Use ppa:pypy on Travis CI

Because pypy 2.5.0 has problems with reportlab.

Tries to fix #7, on Travis.  Except now I get a segfauly from pypy
4.0.1-alpha0 (4.0.0+dfsg-2~ppa1~ubuntu12.04) during the test run.

There's no segfault with pypy 2.6.0 on my machine, but I also don't use
coverage.
