Commit Message

refactor: use defer for transaction rollback

Simplify transaction management by using `defer` for rollbacks instead
of manual function calls. This ensures consistency and reduces code
duplication across error handling paths.

*   Centralize rollback logic.
*   Prevent resource leaks if early returns are missed.
*   Gracefully ignore `sql.ErrTxDone` after successful commits.
