Normalize cache paths for Mustache and Twig

Changes:
- AbstractEngine: Added setter/getter for "cache" option
- MustacheEngine: Renamed DEFAULT_CACHE to DEFAULT_CACHE_PATH
- MustacheEngine: Overridden cache setter to normalize value for Mustache
- TwigEngine: Added DEFAULT_CACHE_PATH
- TwigEngine: Overridden cache setter to normalize value for Twig
- ViewConfig: Used DEFAULT_CACHE_PATH constants from MustacheEngine and TwigEngine
- ServiceProvider: Added "view/twig/cache"
