BREAKING: Refactor charcoal-config

- Remove separator and delegates from AbstractEntity
  - Still available in AbstractConfig
- Move Separator and Delegates features to their own Interface / Trait
- getter() and setter() methods removed from AbstractEntity
- Rewrote separator access method
- Optimize camelize method (see https://3v4l.org/WbpFv)
- Unit tests++
