* Update error handling for Volumes (Formiked) and NodeBalancer creation

* Review feedback

- Pass tag errors to TagsInput in DomainCreateDrawer
- Replace 3 and 50 with 4 and 50 (temporarily, until fix is merged)

* Resolve merge conflicts
