Commit Message

Removed 'set_build_result' command

 - Rely on the shell step 'Exit code to set build unstable'
 - Raise new 'FinalResultException' if result is not SUCCESS (and no
   exception was raises and 'kill' was not requested)
 - All jenkins-cli/java usage removed
 - Bad character escape sequence fix
 - Test flow job fixes
   Update flow jobs to return 77 if result is UNSTABLE
