Commit Message

Require user to be logged in for ApplicationEdit. Fixes #36

In some cases we want to disable the GlobalLoginRequiredMiddleware
to give anonymous read-only access. Which causes everyone to have
access to the AppEdit view, which in turn result in a 500 ISE b/c
anonymous users don't have social_auth attribute. See KIWI-TCMS-BR:
