docs: アーキテクチャドキュメントを SVG 図解付きで追加

doc/architecture.md に実装に基づくアーキテクチャ解説を追加。
モジュール構成・実行フロー・アイテム処理・送信後エラーのリトライ抑止・
例外階層・値下げ履歴と売却検知・進捗表示の 7 点の SVG 図を doc/img/ に配置。
README.md のシステム構成節からリンク。

NOTE: .gitignore の *.md ルールに該当するため architecture.md は
git add -f で追跡に載せている。
