fix(mock): make local registry scripts path-stable

Run mock registry scripts from the repository root, make the registry auth directory resolve from the script location, and clean only generated auth artifacts instead of a caller-local scripts directory.\n\nAdd focused tests for the mock script command construction so package tests do not silently recreate package-local script trees.
