Correct the zeroize README wording

The integer types are Copy, so they can't implement Drop — the zeroize
feature gives them the Zeroize trait (via DefaultIsZeroes), not automatic
drop-based wiping. Describe explicit .zeroize() / the Zeroizing wrapper
instead, so nobody relies on a scope-exit wipe that doesn't happen.
