Better (?) way to deal with the autogenerated parsetab.py:
Simply don't generate it (since it's included in the repo, PLY should be
able to import directly).

Disabling DEBUG mode also prevents the generation of parser.out, which
also causes problems on installation.

We might want to find a more flexible way to deal with this (auto
generation is nice for developing luqum, as it's easy to forget updating
parsetab.py otherwise, which could cause weird problems...) Maybe we
could regenerate it as a post commit hook or something similar ?
