add variables to the data.frame returned by list_sheets()

  * in addition to ws_feed, return the "alternate" and "self" links
  * version is either "new" or "old"; detected based on the alternate link
  * alt_key is extracted from the alternate link; applies only to "old" sheets

alt_key might allow us to, e.g., repair the functions that use the Drive API for "old" sheets
