feat: improve DiagramCanvas callbacks and initial viewport

- expose domain objects in onNodeClick { id, type, data } and onEdgeClick { id, data }
- pass source/target handles in onReconnect { id, source, target, sourceHandle, targetHandle }
- sanitize onBeforeDelete payload and support selective deletion via return value
- add config.fitViewOnMount (default true) to fit the diagram on mount
- update stories and prop docs accordingly
