Refactoring to doc2dash with additional JSDoc implementation (#13)

There is now a custom implementation at https://github.com/i-net-software/jsdoc-dash-docset

* Add an interface to allow custom parser implementations
* Add MatchTypeInterface and documentation
* Fix for the tests.
* Refactoring -> Renaming to doc2dash
* Add JSDocSupport
* Refactor package for JavadocSupport
* Update Tests
* Add "type" option to CLI and Gradle to set a string. Currently only 'javadoc' and 'jsdoc' are supported. Fallback and default is 'javadoc'.
* Option Doku
* Update of documentation
* Add JSDoc3 sample (minimal) and a Test.
* Update Wrapper.
* FindBugs exclude SerialVersionID
* Update usage of JSON API
* Refactor tests to also test JSDoc Docset generator
* Switch default case.
