fix(drag): compose full transform during drag via buildTransform (#446)

* test(drag): capture transform composition regressions

Add focused red coverage for live 2D and 3D whileDrag transforms and
cross-axis layout pinning during an x-only drag.

* fix(drag): compose full transform during drag via buildTransform

Route drag translation, cross-axis projection compensation, whileDrag
transform channels, authored style channels, and transformTemplate
through a single motion-dom buildTransform writer. Replace hover's
partial translate/scale/rotate rebuild with the same composer.

Snapshot commit by guard checkpoint for plan 003.

* docs(plans): guard close-out for plan 003 — PASS

Two checkpoints logged against snapshot c3525d0: all done criteria
reproduced (check 0 errors, unit 759/759, drag/reorder e2e 76 passed /
1 skipped), characterization tests red-verified against pre-fix source.
PR withheld per the plan's git workflow — maintainer live-demo sign-off
comes first.

* docs(plans): record PR #446 in plan 003 guard close-out

* ci(trunk): generate SvelteKit tsconfigs before type-aware lint

`$lib/*` is mapped to `src/lib/*` only inside the generated
`.svelte-kit/tsconfig.json`, which the root `tsconfig.json` extends and
`.gitignore` excludes. Nothing on the Trunk runner ever created it — the root
`prepare` script is just `husky` — so typed ESLint resolved every `$lib/…`
import to an error type and the `no-unsafe-*` family fired repo-wide. That is
the source of the 536 pre-existing issues Trunk reports in PR mode.

PR #446 added `$lib/utils/transformComposer` imports on new lines, which turned
47 of those latent errors into "new" issues and failed the gate, while
`trunk check --all` stayed green locally (where `.svelte-kit/` exists).

Install deps and run `svelte-kit sync` for both workspaces before trunk-action,
matching the fix already applied in humanspeak/svelte-virtual-chat.

Verified: with `.svelte-kit/` removed to mimic... (continued)
